you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by WebHostMG (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
1.2 By signing up for, purchasing, or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 We provide hosting and related services exclusively to businesses and entrepreneurs.
Our services are not intended for personal or non-commercial use unless agreed by us.

2. Services Provided

2.1 We provide web hosting, domain registration/transfer, email hosting, cybersecurity solutions, and related services.
2.2 All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.
2.3 Free services (such as free website templates) are only available when bundled with an active, qualifying hosting plan.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
3.2 You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities, including but not limited to:

  • Hosting illegal content or copyrighted material without authorisation

  • Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware

  • Activities that could disrupt or damage our network or reputation.

3.3 You are solely responsible for the content hosted on your website(s).

4. Security and Data Protection

4.1 We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL certificates, DDoS protection, and regular backups.
4.2 While we take reasonable steps to secure our systems, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all cyber threats.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

5. Payments and Billing

5.1 All services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the chosen plan.
5.2 Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
5.3 Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified under our refund policy.

6. Service Uptime and Support

6.1 We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime guarantee, excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control.

Response times may vary depending on the issue and its severity.

7. Termination and Suspension

7.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
7.2 You may cancel your services at any time by contacting us in writing via email or through the contact form on our website.
7.3 Upon termination, hosted data may be permanently deleted after a two-month grace period.
It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebHostMG shall not be held liable for:

  • Any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

  • Data loss, service interruptions, or downtime

  • Any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8.2 Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the services during the previous 12 months.

9. Amendments

We may update or amend these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be posted on our website and continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

10. Free Website Offer Terms

Once a monthly payment plan has been set up and the first month’s payment has been received, a cPanel account will be created and WordPress will be installed for the client. Login details will then be provided, and all agreed work will be carried out within the specified timeframe, unless otherwise communicated.

Please note that delays may occur depending on the scope of work, as well as when awaiting required information or materials from the client for their website.

WebHostMG reserves the right to refuse service or terminate any website that we determine to be unlawful or in violation of our terms and guidelines.

11. Cyber Security and Protection

Comprehensive security will be configured for all monthly clients to the best of our expertise and within the capabilities of our systems. Clients requiring a specific level of protection must arrange this in advance. Any additional security services will be agreed upon prior to setup and reflected in the client’s monthly invoice.
